The Traffic Manager at formula D_ is crucial in orchestrating the seamless flow of work within our experience design agency. This highly organized and detail-oriented individual will ensure that all project schedules are meticulously planned and adhered to from concept to completion. They will coordinate tasks between internal teams and external suppliers, maintaining a sense of urgency to move projects forward and remove any blockers. By developing detailed project schedules and working closely with project managers, designers, and other team members, they will prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively, and keep all stakeholders informed with timely updates on project status and progress.

Additionally, the Traffic Manager will play a vital role in continuously improving our project management processes and workflows. They will identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure all deliverables meet the agency’s quality standards. By fostering strong relationships with external suppliers and maintaining a network of reliable and cost-effective partners, the Traffic Manager will help the agency deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate the flow of work between internal teams and external suppliers
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them

Key Criteria/Requirements:

  • Experience in Project and Traffic Management
    • Minimum of 8 years in project management or traffic management roles, preferably within the exhibition design or related creative industries.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong Organizational and Detail-Oriented Skills
    • Proven track record of developing and managing detailed project schedules.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all project elements are accurately tracked and managed.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
    • Ability to provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders and address any issues promptly.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Software
    • Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, or similar software.
    • Ability to use these tools to track project progress, manage resources, and generate reports efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving and Risk Management Abilities
    • Experience in identifying potential project risks and developing contingency plans.
