Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Finance Administrator/Clerk, you will assist with essential finance tasks to keep our operations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
Financial Administration
- Recording and tracking expenses, invoices, and payments.
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing basic financial reports and summaries.
- Helping to maintain accurate financial records in Xero (or similar software).
Procurement Finance Support
- Assisting with supplier payments and purchase orders.
- Helping track costs and budgets for projects.
General Support
- Keeping financial records organized and up to date.
- Communicating with internal teams and suppliers about financial matters.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualification: A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years in a finance-related role.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Xero (or similar accounting software).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong numerical literacy
- Good Excel skills for organizing financial data.
